This website processes only the minimum personal data. It uses no cookies, advertising or tracking tools.

Contact form and email

When you contact me via the form or by email, I process your name, email address and the content of your message.

• Purpose: replying to your message and any further communication about working together.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); otherwise my legitimate interest in replying to messages I receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: no longer than 12 months after our last communication. If we start working together, longer – only to the extent required by law (e.g. accounting rules).
• Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address I can’t reply.

Form messages are not stored on the website – they are sent by email to my inbox.

Website protection and analytics

• Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): when you submit the form, it checks that you are a human. Your IP address and technical browser data are processed, without cookies. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Hosting and security: the hosting provider briefly processes your IP address and technical request data on every visit (attack protection, page delivery). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): anonymous aggregated data (number of visits, pages viewed, device type) without cookies and without profiling individual visitors.

Who has access to the data (processors)

Both may process data outside the EU (USA). Transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

I don’t sell your data, share it for marketing, or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data,
• have it corrected or erased,
• restrict processing,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• data portability.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
